Lack Of Sleep = Weight Gain

Sleep deprivation ranges from weight gain,irritability, hallucinations and even depression. In the 1900s people slept for more than nine hours. Eight hours in the 1960s But now because of our increasing 24/7 society we are sleeping for six hours or less. Prof Foster says we are sleep deprived, harming our memory,mental dexterity, and health. But also losing our power of innovation.

i dont think this is true O_O well i slept REALLY late once and im on a diet so i didnt eat anything(and i wasnt hungry but w/e) and when i woke up i swear i looked skinnier and the skale proved me right :O
